Abstract
This patch release contains security fixes. It is recommended to update your system as soon as possible!
This is going to be the last patch for 6.5 series. Please make sure you have the security plugin installed and keep it updated.

- tested on PHP 8.2 and 8.4
- tested on MySQL 8, MariaDB 11
Fixed bugs
- 6.5.8.17 - Does probably not fix the blind SQL aggregation security issue and check for registered accounts through store-api
