Abstract
This patch release comes with four fixed bugs.

- tested on MySQL 8.0.33, MariaDB 10.4. 10.5, 10.11 & 11.0
Fixed bugs
- NEXT-30575 | HTML sanitizer on mail template header & footer (42 votes)
- NEXT-35094 | Unprintable ASCII characters are still allowed in filenames when uploading media via the API (1 votes)
- NEXT-35318 | Add heading elements for account login page to improve accessibility & SEO (0 votes)
- NEXT-33694 | "Shipping Germany" function is not accessible with the keyboard (0 votes)
